The 2019, Lung Health Experience brought together local respiratory therapists and top lung health experts in a fun, carnival-like atmosphere, creating a unique opportunity for the community to engage in meaningful conversations about lung health. Attendees were able to connect with their local lung health champions, get their lungs screened, and learn about conditions like asthma, COPD, and other respiratory diseases. The event also fostered greater empathy for those living with chronic lung conditions, helping to bridge the gap between medical professionals and the public in an approachable, non-clinical setting.
