FFF Sponsors ALA's "Fight for Air Climb"
Climbers Raise $174,319.15 at Oakbrook Terrace Tower, Surpassing Goal for Lung Health. The community came together on March 8, 2026 to support clean air and those fighting lung disease.
The Fight For Air Climb – Oakbrook Terrace, held on March 8, 2026, was a community stair-climbing event at the Oakbrook Terrace Tower, where participants climbed 682 steps to support clean air and lung health. Individuals and teams—including friends, families, coworkers, and firefighters—joined together, climbing at their own pace in a positive and supportive atmosphere. The event raised awareness and funds for people living with lung disease and successfully generated $174,319.15, exceeding its fundraising goal of $155,000 in support of the cause.
